We are looking for a Sales Manager who will join and strengthen our current team in India (South).   • What you'll do:
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Admitad in India, aligned with company goals. Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

      Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

    • Sales Execution: Oversee day-to-day sales activities to achieve annual sales plans and revenue targets. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
      Use market insights to adjust strategies and product offerings.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales department.
  • What we expect:
    • Minimum of 2 years experience required
    • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong Qualities: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals. Analytical mindset to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Excellent understanding of the local market and customer needs.
    • Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
