What you'll do:
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with direct advertisers in e-commerce, travel, beauty segments etc.;
- Increase the activity of our advertisers;
- Build operational work with advertisers;
- Control the smooth operation of the technical part of work;
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, optimizing customer service;
- Accumulate the marketplace's internal system;
- Perform tasks from the team lead;
- Provide reports on work performed.

What we expect:
- High level of English (at least Upper-Intermediate);
- 2+ year of experience in CPA, digital marketing;
- Excellent negotiating skills, business correspondence;
- Attentiveness, diligence, punctuality, ability to make both independent and team decisions and to find compromise;
- Competent oral and written communication skills;
- Understanding how your work affects the results of the company;
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
