Marketing Manager

Mitgo offers solutions and services in the MarTech, FinTech, Smart Shopping and IT-driven Startup Incubation sectors. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategy for Mitgo brand on Ukrainian market.

  • What you'll do:
    • Co-create and execute a marketing strategy for Mitgo brand and subordinate products in line with a business strategy and goals as well as market trends in Ukraine;
    • Manage the brand's media presence (working with external agencies and the global marketing department); 
    • Prepare and execute content plan and publications for external media, social media and our site;
    • Create and implement KPIs for individual activities: reach, lead gen. etc.;
    • Analyse of the market for industry events and conferences, coordination of company participation in events and organization of its own events;
    • Analyse and optimizing the conducted activities in all communication/promotion channels, reporting about the results.
  • What we expect:
    • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication in the online industry;
    • Understanding of the digital market in Ukraine;
    • Light pen, ability to write attractive content;
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the listed marketing channels: performance, content, direct marketing, event, PR;
    • Ability to analyse the market, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on the results;
    • Strong conceptual marketing skills, combined with the ability to translate strategy into specific projects and activities;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Intermediate level of English;
    • Knowledge of key marketing/PR and analytical tools;
    • High degree of independence and openness to change;
    • Public speaking and presentation skills is an advantage.
