  • What you'll do:
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Admitad in Indonesia, aligned with company goals.
      Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance expectations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
      Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
    • Sales Execution: Oversee day-to-day sales activities to achieve annual sales plans and revenue targets. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
      Use market insights to adjust strategies and product offerings.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.

  • What we expect:
    • Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the affiliate marketing industry will be preferred.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Proficient in English, both written and spoken..
    • Sales Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a sales team.
    • Strong Qualities: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent understanding of the local market and customer needs.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals. Analytical mindset to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
