We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our sales team in Sao Paulo. As a Senior Sales Manager, your knowledge of the Brazilian affiliate market will be a huge advantage, as you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base in Brazil. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential new clients in the Brazilian market, building strong relationships with advertisers, and driving revenue growth by presenting Admitad's affiliate marketing solutions to potential clients.

  • What you'll do:
    • Identify and target potential new clients in the Brazilian market to expand Admitad's affiliate marketing network.
    • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian affiliate market to develop effective sales strategies and meet/exceed revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in Brazil.
    • Present Admitad's affiliate marketing solutions to potential clients in Brazil, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits.
    • Leverage your understanding of the Brazilian market to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns tailored to the Brazilian market.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in Brazil to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast for the Brazilian market.

  • What we expect:
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the Brazilian affiliate market.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify sales opportunities in the Brazilian market.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Being fluent in English and native Portuguese is a must
