We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in the international market.

  • What you'll do:
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in the Polish market for the SaaS affiliate marketing company;
    • Identifying and targeting potential clients and partners in the affiliate marketing space and establishing strong business relationships with them;
    • Leading and managing a sales team, as well as providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets;
    • Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation;
    • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the Polish market;
    • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients;
    • Negotiating and closing deals with clients, as well as ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;
    • Monitoringsales performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed;
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
    • Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations;
    • Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the company's offerings;
    • Staying informed about the company's products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to clients;
    • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • What we expect:
    • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken);
    • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or affiliate marketing industry;
    • A strong understanding of the Polish market and its dynamics;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a sales team;
    • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry;
    • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies;
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
    • A results-driven and target-oriented mindset;
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • The ability to work independently and take initiative;
    • The willingness to travel within Poland for client meetings and industry events, as required;
    • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
